Every employer at Mobihunter has a complicated salary. It consists of a small (we mean it) fixed part and unlimited KPI (plus a developed bonus system).
The average total salary at Mobihunter is higher than the average salary in the industry.
We are rather flexible than process-oriented.
We move fast as the industry does so.
If the approach is proven (within a short trial) as ineffective, we change it.
We also do not use strict methodology in Project Management or any other department.
We prefer action to waiting/ruminating/deep research.
We work with the task till there is no more we can do about it. If a colleague does not respond to you - remind you! If the reminder does not work - call!
If you can not reach the person out, act by yourself. Take responsibility and act.
We do believe in your expertise. We do not tell you how to do your job. You are in charge.
