ANC Case Study

The Client

ANC is a comprehensive mobile application designed to streamline the process of purchasing pharmaceutical products in Ukraine. With ANC, users can conveniently search for and order medications, vitamins, supplements, and other healthcare products from nearby pharmacies at affordable prices. The app provides a user-friendly interface where customers can browse through a wide range of products, view detailed descriptions and prices, and place orders for home delivery or pickup at their preferred pharmacy.

Additionally, ANC offers features such as medication reminders, dosage tracking, and access to expert advice from licensed pharmacists, empowering users to take control of their health and well-being. Whether you're managing chronic conditions, seeking over-the-counter remedies, or simply looking for healthcare essentials, ANC provides a convenient and reliable solution for all your pharmaceutical needs.

Collecting Data & Reaching CPI.

The ANC client contacted us intending to promote his application, increasing the number of users and increasing the number of purchases. We discussed possible types of cooperation with the client and they chose the CPI cooperation model. We have entered the testing stage and received a brand book and special requirements for drug advertising. In general, the niche of pharmaceutical drugs in advertising has many limitations.

Launch of campaigns for IOS and Android


Reach KPI, and grow the user base


We have started promotions for both IOS and Android. One of the conditions of our cooperation was to place a bet below $1. We began to try different creative approaches, taking into account the specifics of advertising medical drugs, such as:

  • the price for a certain product must be supported, for example, by a message stating that this price is valid only when booking through the application.
  • that a certain price is relevant for a specific region.
  • all drugs that we use for banners must be checked in the registry of medicines as approved for advertising in principle.

We launched all campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and on Ukrainian Geo.

In Android case, there is a definite goal – to achieve the -20% CR, which means how many of the users that installed the game actually proceeded to make in-app purchase. Interestingly, for the Android page, Google advertising is rather effective, providing a more than 25 % of CR; however, the number of orders is higher on Facebook.

Namely, the audience on Facebook is less purchasing one, or, to be more accurate, the audience on Facebook purchases 2 times less. Therefore, to provide constant maintenance to all mentioned indicators, we show a preference towards Google especially for the Android platform.

On the same note for IOS, the client has not set any KPI for the performance, and therefore the IOS is tapping Facebook campaigns. We also want to share with you creatives that give the best results:We also want to share with you creatives that give the best results:

Throughout our collaboration with ANC, we embarked on a strategic journey aimed at increasing app visibility, user base, and in-app purchases. From the initial stages of data collection and reaching CPI goals to the launch of campaigns for IOS and Android, our focus remained on achieving key performance indicators while navigating the complexities of pharmaceutical advertising regulations.
